§ 14-309 — Call for aid to enforce laws

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 3 POWERS AND DUTIES OF MAYOR

The mayor is hereby authorized to call on every male inhabitant of the city over eighteen years of age and under the age of fifty years, to aid in enforcing the laws.
