§ 14-1402 — Signing of ordinances; right to vote; no veto power

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 14 MAYOR

The mayor shall sign all ordinances passed by the board of commissioners and shall have the right to vote as a member of the said board on all questions which may arise, but the mayor shall have no veto power.
