§ 14-1301 — Qualifications of the mayor and commissioners

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 13 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The mayor and each of said commissioners shall be a citizen of the United States and a qualified elector of such city.
