§ 14-1101 — When act applies

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 11 GENERAL PROVISIONS

All cities of the second class which shall adopt the provisions of this act by a majority vote of all electors voting at a special election called for that purpose, as hereinafter provided, shall be governed by the provisions of this act.
