§ 14-1048 — Same; transfer to city and dissolution

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Any such cemetery association may transfer the control, management and maintenance of the cemetery and cemetery lands under its control and all of the property, assets, books and records of such association to a city and provide for the dissolution of such association in the manner provided in this act. Such transfer and dissolution shall be governed by and effected solely under the provisions of this act.
