Text

Unless otherwise provided by statute or ordinance, the works board shall supervise the streets, alleys, sewers, public grounds, and other property of the city, and shall keep them in repair and good condition. The works board shall provide for the cleaning of city streets and alleys. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-1-6-16 part.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.79.
