§ 36-9-5-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 5 Special Fares and Programs for Transportation Systems
This chapter applies to the following boards:
(1)The board of directors of a public transportation corporation
or regional transportation authority.
(2)The works board of a municipality that owns, operates, or
leases a public transportation system.
(3)Any other board with comparable authority for public
transportation.
