Text

(a)A county may mow or maintain any grass or vegetation in a right-of-way that is:
(1)owned by the state; and
(2)located in the county; if the county obtains a permit from the office of the Indiana department of transportation district in which the county is located.
(b)A county may not seek reimbursement from the state for the costs of any mowing or maintenance by the county under subsection
(a).
