§ 36-9-43-2 — "Regional development authority"
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 43 Regional Funding of Transportation Infrastructure
As used in this chapter, "regional development authority" includes both:
(1)the northwest Indiana regional development authority
established by IC 36-7.5-2-1; and
(2)a regional development authority established under IC 36-7.6-2-3.
