§ 36-9-40-26 — Supplementary proceedings to correct defect or irregularity in contract

If a defect or an irregularity results in the
invalidity of a contract, an assessment, or a lien under this chapter, the
defect or irregularity shall be corrected by supplementary proceedings
that substantially comply with this chapter.
