§ 36-9-40-2 — Definitions
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 40 County Funding of Sewage Disposal Systems
For purposes of this chapter:
(1)"Sewage disposal system" has the meaning set forth in IC 13-11-2-201.
(2)"System" refers to a sewage disposal system.
(3)"Works board" refers to the works board of a county.
