§ 36-9-4-52 — Property tax exemption
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 4 Urban Mass Transportation Systems; Public
Property acquired by a municipality or public
transportation corporation under this chapter is exempt from property
taxes.
