§ 36-9-4-39 — "Demand-responsive" or "dial-a-ride" system

The board of directors of a public
transportation corporation may establish and operate a
"demand-responsive" or "dial-a-ride" transportation system as a part of
its urban mass transportation system within the taxing district of the
corporation. The rates and charges for the system and all related criteria
are at the sole discretion of the board.
