§ 36-9-4-36 — Board of directors; power to sue; service of process

The board of directors of a public
transportation corporation may, in the name of the corporation, sue or
be sued in court. Service of process shall be made by service upon the
secretary of the board, and notice must be served upon the secretary in
the manner and form required by IC 34-13-3.
