The board of directors of a public transportation corporation may adopt a seal to be impressed upon its instruments and may provide for the impression of that seal by printed or lithographic facsimile. An executed instrument bearing the seal of the board is prima facie evidence of its execution by the board and that its execution was legally authorized by the board.
