§ 36-9-4-26 — Printing and distribution of ordinances

The board of directors of a public transportation corporation may provide for the printing of all or part of the ordinances of the corporation in pamphlet form or in bound volumes, and may distribute them without charge or may charge the cost of printing and distribution.
