§ 36-9-39-6 — Confirmation or modification of resolution; subsequent proceedings under alternative sections depending on nature of sewage works

(a)After the hearing under section 5 of this chapter, the original resolution may be rescinded, confirmed, or modified.

(b)If the resolution is confirmed or modified, the municipal works board shall do the following:

(1)Proceed under section 7 of this chapter if the resolution is for sewage works intended only for use by owners of abutting property.

(2)Proceed under section 8 of this chapter if the resolution is for sewage works intended to receive sewage from collateral drains.

(a) After the hearing under section 5 of this

(b) If the resolution is confirmed or modified, the municipal works
board shall do the following:
(1) Proceed under section 7 of this chapter if the resolution is for
sewage works intended only for use by owners of abutting
property.
(2) Proceed under section 8 of this chapter if the resolution is for
sewage works intended to receive sewage from collateral drains.
