§ 36-9-38-6 — Persons having the same rights and powers as the owner of fee simple title

For purposes of this chapter, the following persons have the same rights and powers as the owner of the fee simple title to a parcel of real property:
(1)The legal or authorized representative of the owner.
(2)A person obligated under a written instrument to pay an
assessment against the property under this chapter.
