§ 36-9-38-11 — Association established under IC 36-9-38-8; directors; bylaws

(a) The directors of the association must be:
(1) members of the association; and
(2) owners of real property in the affected area.
(b) The directors elected under section 10 of this chapter serve until
the next annual meeting and until the directors' successors are elected
and qualified.
(c) The directors shall approve bylaws of the association. The
following apply to the bylaws of the association:
(1) The bylaws may be amended.
(2) The bylaws may provide for officers of the association to be
elected annually by the directors.
(3) The bylaws may contain any other provisions that are
desirable for the conduct of the affairs of the association.
