§ 36-9-36-28 — Completed improvements; acceptance; cost estimates

(a)An improvement that is completed
according to contract must be accepted by the works board.
(b)Upon the completion of an improvement according to contract,
the cost of the improvement shall be estimated according to the entire
length of the improvement.
