§ 36-9-33-6 — Joint exercise of power
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 33 Collection and Disposal of Waste Generally
Notwithstanding sections 3 and 4 of this
chapter, units may jointly exercise a power granted by this chapter in
the manner provided by IC 36-1-7.
