§ 36-9-31-25 — Effect of chapter; compliance with other laws

This chapter is supplemental to all other statutes covering the acquisition, construction, modification, use, and maintenance of facilities for waste disposal by a consolidated city. As to facilities acquired, constructed, modified, operated, or leased under this chapter, and the collection of wastes under this chapter, it is not necessary to comply with other statutes concerning the acquisition, construction, modification, use, and maintenance of facilities or the collection of waste by cities, except as specifically required by this chapter. As added by Acts 1982, P.L.77, SEC.27.
