§ 36-9-31-19 — Facilities financing methods
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 31 Collection and Disposal of Waste in Indianapolis
The facilities, or any part of them, to be
financed under this chapter, may be financed by any one (1) or more or
any combination of one (1) or more of the methods provided for in this
chapter.
