Text
The fiscal body of a unit acting under this
chapter may make appropriations for the acquisition, establishment,
operation, and maintenance of premises, facilities, and services for the
collection and disposal of solid waste. Appropriations under this
section may include amounts for employees, vehicles, and equipment
necessary or incidental to the collection or disposal of solid waste.
