§ 36-9-30-3 — Facilities for collection and disposal; revenue bonds to pay costs

A unit may establish, acquire, construct, install,
operate, and maintain facilities for the collection and disposal of solid
waste in order to secure the collection and disposal of solid waste
accumulated inside or outside the corporate boundaries of the unit. The
unit may issue revenue bonds to pay all or part of the costs of the
facilities.
