§ 36-9-30-15 — Methods of financing of facilities and land
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 30 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal
The acquisition, establishment, construction,
installation, operation, and maintenance of facilities and land for the
collection and disposal of solid waste may be financed through general
taxation, service fees, or a combination of these methods.
