§ 36-9-30-10 — Expenses
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 30 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal
All expenses incurred by the board in
carrying out this chapter shall be paid solely from money provided
under this chapter. The board may not bind itself or the unit beyond the
extent to which money has been or may be provided under this chapter.
