§ 36-9-30-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 30 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), this
chapter applies to all units except townships.
(b)Section 5.3 of this chapter applies only to:
(1)cities that are not consolidated cities; and
(2)towns.
