§ 36-9-3-3 — Expansion to include additional counties or municipalities; procedure

Except as provided in section 3.5 of this chapter, the authority may be expanded to include one (1) or more additional counties or municipalities within the same planning district if resolutions approving the expansion are adopted by the fiscal bodies of:

(1)the counties or municipalities to be added to the authority; and
