(a)The rights, benefits, and other employee
protective conditions and remedies that:
(2)are prescribed by the United States secretary of labor under
those statutes;
apply to employees of the authority and employees of any public
transportation agency affected by actions of the authority, including the
acquisition and operation of public transportation facilities, the
execution of purchase of service agreements with a public
