§ 36-9-3-21 — Collective bargaining agreements; authorization
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 3 Regional Transportation Authorities
The authority shall deal with and enter into
written contracts with its employees through accredited representatives
of those employees or representatives of any labor organization
authorized to act for those employees concerning wages, salaries,
hours, working conditions, and pension or retirement provisions.
