Text

All court proceedings relating to the establishment or maintenance of the flood control district, or the performance of any act under this chapter, must be brought and determined only in and by the circuit court, superior court, or probate court establishing the district. The jurisdiction of the court in all such matters is conclusive and its judgment is final, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. All proceedings had under this chapter shall be heard by the court without the intervention of a jury, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. Laws with respect to change of venue from the county do not apply to proceedings under this chapter, but changes of venue from the judge may be had as in other civil cases.
