§ 36-9-29-27 — Validity of bonds issued
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 29 Flood Control Districts in Certain Cities
An action to question the validity of any of
the bonds issued under this chapter, or to prevent their issuance, must
be brought by the time fixed in the bond sale notice for the receiving
of bids. After that time, the bonds may not be contested for any cause.
