§ 36-9-29-15 — County auditor; duties

The county auditor shall include on the tax duplicates for the county the special benefit taxes levied for the flood control district and shall perform the same duties in connection with the levy and collection of these taxes as are performed for general taxes levied by any political subdivision in the county.
