This chapter applies to the following:
(1)A subdivision located in an unincorporated area of Johnson
County.
(2)A subdivision located within a consolidated city. This chapter
does not apply to a subdivision located within the boundaries of
an excluded city (as defined in IC 36-3-1-7).
