§ 36-9-26-4 — Tax levy
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 26 Cumulative Building Fund for Municipal Sewers
A municipality that has established a
cumulative building and sinking fund may levy a tax in compliance
with IC 6-1.1-41 not to exceed one dollar ($1) on each one hundred
dollars ($100) of taxable property in the municipality.
