§ 36-9-25-37 — Authority to expend money; warrants and vouchers

Money raised under this chapter may be
expended only upon warrants drawn by the municipal fiscal officer
upon vouchers of the board. An appropriation is not necessary, but all
money raised under this chapter is considered appropriated to the
respective purposes stated and is under the control of the board. The
board has complete and exclusive authority to expend the money for
the purposes provided.
