§ 36-9-23-8 — Board; restoration of works
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 23 Municipal Sewage Works
If requested to do so by the proper authority,
the board shall, to the extent possible from money provided under this
chapter, restore to their original condition any public ways or public
works damaged by the board in the performance of its duties.
