§ 36-9-23-5 — Board defined

Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 23 Municipal Sewage Works

As used in sections 6 through 37 of this chapter, "board" means:

(1)the municipal works board; or

(2)if the municipality has transferred the powers and duties of the works board under section 3 of this chapter, the:

(A)sanitary board; or

As used in sections 6 through 37 of this
