§ 36-9-23-27 — Fees; collection upon commencement of construction; amount

After a contract for the construction of sewage works has been let and actual work has commenced, the municipality may bill and collect fees for the services to be rendered, in an amount sufficient to pay:
(1)the interest on the revenue bonds; and
(2)other expenses payable before the completion of the works.
