Text
(a)This chapter does not abrogate, limit, or
affect in any manner the authority of a unit under:
(1)IC 8-1-2-101; or
(2)any other law;
to otherwise regulate or control a public right-of-way owned or
controlled by the unit.
(b)This chapter does not abrogate, limit, or affect in any manner the
authority of the Indiana department of transportation under:
(1)IC 8-23; or
(2)any other law;
to safely and efficiently manage and operate the state highway system
and associated highway rights-of-way for the benefit of the traveling
public.
