Text

(a)As the term of a trustee expires, the trustee's successor shall be appointed by the same appointing authority, for a term of four (4) years.
(b)A trustee holds over after the expiration of the trustee's term until the trustee's successor is appointed and qualified. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-8-4-3 part.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.86. Amended by P.L.127-2017, SEC.302.
