§ 36-9-13-39 — Procedure for awarding contracts

(a)All contracts let by a building authority for the construction and equipment of a government building must be let in accordance with the general statutes concerning public contracts.

(b)All contracts let by a building authority for the acquisition of a system may be entered into in accordance with the general statutes concerning similar contracts.
