§ 36-9-13-15 — Directors; additional meetings

In addition to their meetings under section
14 of this chapter, the directors may hold the regular and special
meetings they consider necessary. The directors may fix the times of
these meetings and the notices required for meetings by resolution or
under their rules and bylaws.
