§ 36-9-13-13 — Directors; vacancies
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 13 County Building Authority
If a vacancy occurs on the board of directors,
the trustees shall, by a majority vote, appoint a new director to serve
the remainder of the term.
