§ 36-9-13-1 — Application of chapter; "eligible entities" defined
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 9 TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS·Ch. 13 County Building Authority
This chapter applies to all counties and to the following municipal corporations in each county:
(1)Municipalities.
(2)Townships.
(3)School Corporations.
(4)Health and hospital corporations.
The municipal corporations to which this chapter applies are referred
to as "eligible entities" in this chapter.
