§ 36-8-9-5 — Appropriations
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 8 PUBLIC SAFETY·Ch. 9 Town Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners
The town legislative body shall appropriate a
sum sufficient to pay the salaries of the members of the town police
department.
