Text
Payments to beneficiaries and dependents
from the 1937 fund shall be made upon a warrant of the unit's fiscal
officer upon a verified schedule of beneficiaries and dependents and
the amount payable to each. The schedule shall be prepared and
verified by the secretary, signed by the president, and countersigned by
the secretary of the local board. All other claims shall be signed by the
president and countersigned by the secretary and shall be paid upon a
warrant of the fiscal officer.
