The safety board, police chief, and fire chief may administer oaths to a person summoned in a proceeding authorized by this chapter and may take depositions under the rules or orders of the board. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-1-11-6.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.52.
