§ 36-8-26-4 — Meetings

(a)The chairperson is the presiding officer at
the meetings of the board. The vice chairperson shall preside if the
chairperson is unable to serve at a meeting of the board. The
chairperson shall prepare, certify, and authenticate all proceedings,
minutes, records, rules, and regulations of the board.
(b)The board has the general power to organize its work and to
enforce and administer this chapter.
(c)After its initial meeting, the board meets at the call of the
chairperson.
